Personal training around Lake Geneva
Book a personal training session with a trainer we arrange for you. Outdoors, at your home, or at a gym.
Where the session happens
Three options, and they suit different people. Outdoors costs nothing extra and works for most strength and conditioning work. At home suits parents and anyone short of time, and needs very little equipment. At a gym makes sense if you want to learn to lift properly — tell us when you book whether you are a member somewhere.
No programmes, no packages, no contract
You book one session at a time. If it works, book another. Most people start with one a week and adjust; some book four sessions to learn a routine and then carry on alone. We do not sell blocks and we do not lock you into anything.

Common questions
I have an injury or a condition — is that a problem?
Tell us in the notes when you book and we will match you with someone who works with it. A personal trainer is not a physiotherapist, so if you are in active treatment, bring your physio's guidance and your trainer will work within it.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. A good part of our bookings are people who have not trained in years, and a first session is largely about finding out where you actually are.
Can two of us train together?
Yes — choose the two-person session. It works well for couples, friends and colleagues at similar levels.
What should I bring?
Trainers, water and clothes you can move in. Your trainer brings any equipment the session needs.
