Winterthur

Winterthur is ringed by forest — the Eschenberg, the Lindberg, the Brüelberg — and has more accessible woodland trail per resident than anywhere else we serve. For running and conditioning that is close to ideal: soft surfaces, shade in summer, and enough gradient to be useful without being punishing.

The city is considerably cheaper and calmer than Zurich twenty minutes away, and coach availability reflects that: weekend mornings here are obtainable in a way they are not in the city.
